If the site_author setting is not set, the Atom feed is invalid, as Atom feeds must contain one or more authors. Show a warning (instead of an error) as no feed reader seems to care about that.

If the [`site_author` setting](https://www.mkdocs.org/user-guide/configuration/#site_author) is not set, the Atom feed is invalid, as [Atom feeds must contain one or more authors](https://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc4287#section-4.1.1). Show a warning (instead of an error) as no feed reader seems to care about that.
